Movers were very courteous and willing to relocate furniture in rooms when requested. I am planning another move sometime next year and would be delighted to have them back in my home again.
This moving company is awful. We were first quoted one thing, and we not only double charged when them can to move, but when our items arrived there were things damaged, destroyed and stolen. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
The estimate I was given was meaningless. The final bill was 50% more than the estimate. In my opinion, these guys simply under quote the competition and after they have gotten the business, add on additional fees and charges. In my book, if you ever get a final bill that is 50% more then the estimate...you've been scammed. Find someone else to move you in Orlando.
On the plus side the service was good and fast. They also arrived on time and were nice. But most movers arrive on time and move quickly. Its all about the bill.
I called and tried to speak to the company but they basically blew me off. They know they are scamming people, in my opinion.
